These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, games, websites, digital content, features, products, and services provided by Minor Bugs (“Minor Bugs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Minor Bugs application, game, website, or service (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, access, or use our Services.

1. About Our Services

Minor Bugs develops and publishes mobile games and related digital entertainment products.

Our Services may include, depending on the particular game:

Mobile games and gameplay features
Single-player and multiplayer features
Online and offline gameplay
In-game items and rewards
Virtual currencies
Weapons, skins, characters, vehicles, maps, and other digital content
In-app purchases
Subscriptions
Advertisements
Leaderboards, achievements, and social features
Game accounts and profiles
Events, promotions, and limited-time content
Updates, patches, and other improvements
Third-party services and technologies

Not every feature is available in every Minor Bugs game.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You may use our Services only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you. Certain Services may have specific age requirements. Where required by applicable law, children must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using our Services or making purchases.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of our Services and for purchases made through devices or accounts under their control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you are not legally permitted to use a particular Service, you must not access or use that Service.

3. License to Use Our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Minor Bugs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Our Services are licensed to you, not sold to you. Except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit our Services.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our Services.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of our Services.
Attempt to extract, reproduce, or redistribute game assets, files, graphics, audio, video, or other content.
Circumvent technical restrictions, security measures, or access controls.
Use our Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or unauthorized software to access or interact with our Services.

This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to our Services and their content are owned by Minor Bugs or our licensors.

This includes, without limitation:

Game software and source code
Game design and mechanics
Graphics and artwork
Characters and animations
Weapons, vehicles, maps, and environments
Skins and customization elements
Audio, music, and sound effects
Text, descriptions, and dialogue
Logos, trademarks, and branding
User interfaces
Videos and promotional materials
Game concepts and visual elements
Digital Content and Virtual Currency
Other materials made available through our Services

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Minor Bugs and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

5. Digital Content

Our Services may contain digital items and features, including weapons, skins, characters, vehicles, upgrades, maps, rewards, consumables, abilities, customization items, and other virtual or digital content. Digital Content is licensed to you for use within the applicable Service.

Digital Content does not represent real-world property and, unless expressly stated otherwise, has no cash or monetary value outside the applicable Service. Digital Content may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real-world money unless expressly permitted by us or required by applicable law.

We may modify, rebalance, replace, limit, or discontinue Digital Content where reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, or balance our Services.

6. Virtual Currency

Some of our Services may include virtual currencies such as coins, gems, tokens, credits, tickets, or similar items.

Virtual Currency:

Is intended solely for use within the applicable Service.
Has no monetary value outside the applicable Service.
Cannot normally be exchanged for real money.
Cannot normally be sold, transferred, or traded outside the applicable Service.
Does not represent a deposit, account balance, or financial asset.
May only be used for the purposes made available within the applicable Service.

Where permitted by applicable law, unused Virtual Currency does not create a right to a cash refund.

We may change the availability, quantity, pricing, functionality, or use of Virtual Currency where reasonably necessary to operate or maintain our Services.

7. In-App Purchases

Our Services may offer optional in-app purchases, including Digital Content, Virtual Currency, bundles, premium features, upgrades, consumables, non-consumables, and other digital products.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform are processed by the applicable platform and are subject to that platform’s terms, policies, payment procedures, and refund policies.

Prices are displayed in the applicable storefront and may vary depending on your country, currency, taxes, applicable platform, and other factors.

You are responsible for reviewing the purchase details before completing a transaction. Unless required by applicable law or the applicable platform’s policies, purchased Digital Content and Virtual Currency are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Subscriptions

Certain Minor Bugs Services may offer auto-renewable or other subscription-based features. Before purchasing a subscription, the applicable purchase screen will provide information about the subscription, including its price, duration, renewal terms, and applicable benefits.

When a subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment is processed through the applicable platform account.

Auto-renewable subscriptions will renew according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable platform’s procedures. For Apple App Store subscriptions, users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account settings. For Google Play subscriptions, users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Google Play account settings.

Subscription availability, pricing, benefits, renewal periods, and cancellation procedures may vary depending on the platform and region. Where required, subscription benefits and terms will be disclosed before purchase.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Payments for purchases made through third-party app stores or payment platforms are generally processed by those platforms. Refund requests should be submitted through the applicable platform according to its refund procedures.

For Apple App Store purchases, refund requests are generally handled through Apple. For Google Play purchases, refund requests are generally handled through Google Play.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Advertising

Our Services may contain advertisements provided by Minor Bugs or third-party advertising partners. Advertisements may include banners, interstitial advertisements, rewarded advertisements, video advertisements, native advertisements, or other advertising formats depending on the Service.

Advertising practices may vary by game, device, region, age, consent settings, and applicable law. Some Services or purchases may provide an option to remove or reduce advertisements.

Third-party advertisers may collect or receive certain information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and their own policies.

13. Accounts

Some Services may allow or require you to create or use an account. Where accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate information where account information is required. You must not impersonate another person or create an account using false or misleading information.

You must notify us if you reasonably believe that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.

14. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

For Services containing competitive, multiplayer, or online features, you agree to play fairly and follow the rules of the applicable game.

You must not:

Use cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, scripts, or unauthorized software.
Modify game files or executable files without authorization.
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Manipulate leaderboards, achievements, scores, rankings, or rewards.
Use unauthorized third-party tools or services.
Attempt to interfere with another player's experience.
Attempt to disrupt servers, networks, or game systems.
Use fraudulent methods to obtain Digital Content, Virtual Currency, rewards, or purchases.
Circumvent security or anti-cheat systems.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing rewards, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access to the applicable Service.

15. Updates and Changes to Our Services

We may periodically provide updates, patches, fixes, upgrades, new features, security improvements, balancing changes, and other modifications to our Services. Certain updates may be necessary for a Service to continue functioning correctly.

We may modify, remove, replace, or add game features, Digital Content, Virtual Currency, gameplay mechanics, maps, weapons, characters, rewards, advertisements, or other elements. We may also discontinue particular features or Services where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Online Services and Availability

Some features may require an Internet connection or third-party services. We do not guarantee that online features, servers, multiplayer functionality, cloud services, or other online features will always be available.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical problems, network conditions, third-party services, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

17. User-Generated Content

Some Services may allow users to create, upload, submit, or share content. If a Service allows User-Generated Content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Where necessary to provide the relevant Service, you grant Minor Bugs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, process, and technically modify your User-Generated Content for the operation and provision of that Service.

We may remove or restrict User-Generated Content that violates applicable law, these Terms, or applicable game rules.

18. Promotions and Events

We may offer promotions, events, rewards, discounts, challenges, or other limited-time activities. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or events.

Promotions may have eligibility requirements, availability periods, regional restrictions, or other conditions that will be communicated where applicable.

19. Termination and Suspension

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or restrict your access to a Service or account if we reasonably believe that:

You have violated these Terms.
You have engaged in fraud or abusive conduct.
You have used unauthorized software or methods.
You have attempted to compromise the security of our Services.
Your activities create a risk to other users or our Services.
Suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect our users, systems, or business.

Where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, we may provide notice before taking such action.

Termination or suspension does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue to apply, including intellectual property, Digital Content provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable legal provisions.

20. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

Our Services will always be available.
Our Services will always operate without interruption.
Our Services will be completely error-free.
All bugs or defects will be corrected.
Online features will always remain available.
Our Services will be compatible with every device.
The Services will meet every individual preference or expectation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Minor Bugs and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our Services.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or other indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

22. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may be distributed through third-party platforms, including the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms, policies, and agreements. Minor Bugs does not control and is not responsible for the operation, availability, policies, or independent actions of third-party platforms.

If you download a Minor Bugs application through the Apple App Store, Apple's applicable terms and conditions also apply to your use of the applicable application.

Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms where required or permitted under Apple's applicable agreements. If you download a Minor Bugs application through Google Play, Google's applicable terms and policies also apply.

23. Apple App Store EULA

Where a Minor Bugs application uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the applicable Apple EULA is available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

The Apple Standard EULA may apply to your use of applications distributed through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's applicable requirements.

Where a specific application uses a separate or custom EULA, the applicable EULA may be provided within that application or its applicable store listing.

24. Google Play

Applications distributed through Google Play may also be subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Google Play purchases, subscriptions, refunds, account management, and other platform-related matters are governed by Google's applicable policies and agreements.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, legal requirements, or applicable regulations.

When we make material changes, we may provide appropriate notice where required by applicable law. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of our Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing Minor Bugs, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict, or waive rights that you may have under mandatory laws applicable to you.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms, policies, rules, or agreements expressly referenced herein or provided for a particular Service, constitute the agreement between you and Minor Bugs regarding your use of the Services.

If additional terms apply to a particular Service, those additional terms will govern that particular Service to the extent of any conflict.
